Revenue model for franchise partners

License revenue

You sell ProjectAssistant licenses in your country. License revenue is shared (50/50): one part for you as a Partner, one part for ProjectAssistant.

Consultancy & implementation

Additional revenue from consulting, implementation, training, and local project support. These consulting revenues are entirely yours as a Partner.

Support & hardware rental

Revenues from local support contracts and any hardware rentals (terminals, readers) are shared according to clear agreements.

Division of roles: what does PA do and what do you do as a partner?

PA (franchisor)

  • Development and maintenance of the complete SaaS solution.
  • Hosting, security, and updates in our cloud environment.
  • Online help desk and second-line technical support.
  • Onboarding and product training for partners.
  • Marketing materials, documentation, and API support.

Franchise partner (you)

  • Local sales, marketing, and relationship management in your country.
  • Implementation at customer sites and management of your project team.
  • First-line support in local language.
  • Expanding market share in accordance with franchise agreements.

Who are we looking for as a franchise partner?

  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, industry, or the security market.
  • Strong local network among contractors, industrial sites, and temporary employment agencies.
  • Ability to manage sales and implementation teams.
  • Entrepreneurship and ambition to launch a new SaaS platform on the market.

Initial investment by franchisee

All services provided by PA to the franchise partner are included in principle. You pay a one-time franchise fee to cover start-up costs. After that, we share the license and hardware revenue according to the agreements made.

During an exploratory meeting, we will discuss exclusivity per country and sales targets.
