We work with monthly subscriptions per company, possibly supplemented with a project surcharge for large construction sites or temporary projects.

Want to launch ProjectAssistant in your country? As a franchise partner, you'll sell and implement the platform locally. We'll take care of the technology, hosting, updates, and second-line support.
Franchise is available in select countries. During an initial consultation, we'll determine together whether there's a good match in terms of market potential and ambition.
Yes. Many customers start with one project and later expand to multiple projects or countries. Your license easily grows with it, without having to re-implement.
We'll work with you to plan a pilot program, typically lasting 30 days, for one or more projects. During the pilot, you'll have access to the full software, and we'll assist with setup and training.
Potential additional costs include hardware rentals (terminals, tag points, power supply), custom integrations, or additional consultancy. These are always agreed upon in advance.
Some clients grow into a partner role in their country. In that case, we explore together whether a franchise model is suitable and how we can migrate existing clients to that model.
