Evacuation & assembly points

From alarm to overview: know everyone is safe.

Start an evacuation directly from the mobile app. Present workers receive clear instructions and an assembly point, while HSE sees in real time who is safe, on the way, needs help or has not responded.

One evacuation flow for workers and HSE

The evacuation module builds on current project attendance. You start with the people who are present on the project when the alarm is started.

Immediate alarm from the app

An authorized employee can start the evacuation with a deliberate slide action. The active evacuation then becomes part of the mobile workflow.

Assembly points and safety locations

Workers see the designated assembly point on the map. The app can also show safety locations such as AEDs, first aid points and fire extinguishers.

Real-time status for HSE

HSE sees each participant status and totals for safe, on the way, needs help and no response. People joining after the alarm remain identifiable.

How evacuation works in ProjectAssistant

1. Start the evacuation

Start the alarm from the project. ProjectAssistant records the evacuation and links present workers to the evacuation session.

2. Workers go to the assembly point

Workers get a prominent evacuation screen with instructions, map and assembly point and can report safe, request help or offer assistance.

3. HSE follows progress

An HSE view shows participants and current statuses. HSE can also manually mark participants safe or as no response when needed on site.

4. All clear and completion

When the situation is safe, an authorized user can complete the evacuation with All Clear. A false alarm can be cancelled separately.

Attendance becomes truly valuable when you can act on it immediately during an incident.

ProjectAssistant combines attendance, mobile evacuation instructions, assembly points and HSE follow-up in the same project environment.
